A smokin' new restaurant offering diners a taste of the American south west is opening at the Bierkeller Entertainment Complex in December.

Smokin’ Bar and Kitchen, at 24 Park Row, opens to the public on December 8, offering tasty barbecue flavours and succulent steaks to tempt. The US themed restaurant will offer diners the chance to try food which combines traditional, smoked flavours with a contemporary twist.

The bar, which has been transformed to give an authentic US-inspired feel, will capitalise on the current popularity of Old Western style foods. The menu will focus on slow-cooked meats and big, smoky flavours.
