Leeds Tattu restaurant launches at-home food experience in time for Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year
The Tattu restaurant and bar chain prides itself on its contemporary Chinese cuisine and flower-covered ceilings in its premises.
After having been forced to close during lockdown, the restaurant group has now launched cook-at-home meal boxes and a takeaway service for its customers.

Beth Whamond, general manager of Tattu Leeds said: "Tattu is all about creating an experience for guests and we’ve been missing the opportunity to deliver this first-hand while our sites have been closed.
"The launch of our Tattu by You cook-at-home meal boxes is something the company has been working on for a while during lockdown.
"We wanted to get it just right and we’re so pleased with the initial response from customers – our launch boxes sold out in just a few hours!

"We still have limited availability for the February boxes for delivery at the end of the month, but I’d recommend ordering soon to avoid disappointment."
The first Tattu by You meal boxes include crispy aromatic duck spring rolls with spring onion, crispy shallots and cherry hoisin for starter and fillet steak and caramel soy, served with asparagus and a shiitake and ginger brunoise for mains, accompanied by a fried sweet potato side dish.
The restaurant group is now working on newer, more differentiated boxes to launch in March, and also a special edition box for cocktail lovers.

"We’re also developing a Skull Candy box so fans of this signature Tattu cocktail can recreate it at home."
The occasion boxes, priced at £90, also include a bottle of Tattu’s Barossa Shiraz red wine and each one comes with preparation and cooking instructions along with a Sounds of Tattu QR code which diners can scan with their phones to bring Tattu’s contemporary ambience directly into their home.
With every Tattu by You box purchased, Tattu will be making a donation to its local charity partners working to support those affected by homelessness in Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh and Birmingham.
