The Government's scheme saw around 84,000 restaurants across the UK offer a 50 per cent off discount on Monday to Wednesday throughout August. Now, some pubs and restaurants in Leeds have pledged to keep a similar discount going after the scheme ends. These 13 pubs and restaurants are extending their discount into September:
1. Giorgio's Ristorante Italiano
The family-run Italian in Headingley is extending the Eat Out to Help Out scheme for the whole of September 2020, valid from Monday to Wednesday
2. Bill's
Bill’s on Albion Place has announced it will offer a bespoke menu for diners to choose from for the 50 per cent off discount. The menu includes offerings like crispy chicken and sesame dumplings and mushroom and truffle risotto
3. The Original Oak
For the first two weeks of September, the pub will run a 50% off scheme on food and soft drinks from Monday to Wednesday.
4. Mad Frans
Ryan Fraser, owner of Mad Frans on Wellington Place, said the restaurant is offering 50 per cent off on a spend of over £10 per person on food every Friday until the end of September
5. The Colton Mill Harvester

All the dining establishments under the Q Hotels Group will be extending the Eat Out to Help Out discount, which includes venues like Oulton Hall (pictured) and The Queens in Leeds
