Headingley Freemasons' gift to kids hospice

Headingley's St Wilfrid Freemasons Lodge handed over £900 to Martin House Hospice for children in Clifford.
Leslie Bryan the Master of St Wilfrid Lodge and other representatives handed over the cheque to Amanda Carter, the senior fundraiser at Martin House.

St Wilfrid Lodge, which is based at Castle Grove in Headingley, has supported Martin House for several years.

Master of the Lodge Leslie Bryan said: "Charitable giving is one of the cornerstones of Freemasonry and is particularly important at St Wilfrid Lodge.

"Opportunities such as this to help the children who attend Martin House always gives us a great deal of pleasure."
