Treasures on show at Headingley churches

Churches around Headingley are once again part of the Treasures Revealed festival which ends on May 11.
Treasures Revealed has been taking place across Leeds, with 50 events citywide.

St Chad's has a full programme on May 11 with a bird watch at 11.15am led by RSPB member Stan Kenyon, geology walks with retired geologist

John Varker at 12.15 and 3pm, and an organ recital by St Chad's organist and choirmaster Richard Wilson at 3pm.

The belfry and the church will also be open to visitors.

At South Parade Baptist Church Chris Newton performs on May 10 at 11.30am and 2pm. There will also be an art exhibition by artists from the congregation.

A concert at 7.30pm on May 9 will feature organ music and the music group.

St Columba United Reform Church will be open between 10am and 4pm on May 10.
