Everyone making a donation on the Pulse1 Cash for Kids Mission Christmas sponsor Barry Douglas page (click here) will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win the shirt and boots.
Douglas will select a winner at random on December 20.
Douglas, whose contract with Leeds ends next summer, is on loan at Blackburn this season.
He said: "No child should go without at Christmas. So I’ve teamed up with Cash for Kids to try and raise as much money as possible to make sure we can help provide that little bit of Christmas magic to the less fortunate kids."
