Scott said he is vegetarian not only for ethical reasons but also medical reasons.
He said he was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis more than 20 years ago.
Since cutting out meat from his diet, Scott said his health has improved dramatically.

Scott told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "It was my partner Joanne that spotted it.
"I purchased a vegetable pizza from Bramley Morrison’s only for it to have chicken pieces on.
"My partner and I are both vegetarian.
"I reported this to Morrisons customer care and as of yet, ten days later, I still have not had a response.

After being approached by the YEP, Morrisons apologised for the error and to Mr Sykes.
They said they were "disappointed" the mistake happened and are currently investigating with the store to ensure it is not repeated.
A Morrisons spokeswoman said: "We have apologised to Mr Sykes.
